Enrollment Requirements

In maintaining our high standards of Health & Safety of every child, completion of an enrollment packet is required prior to entry into Busy Buddies Hawai'i. Preschool enrollment requires a few more documents in addition to those listed below.

Please let us know if there are delays in providing requested documents, we will allow time to obtain them.

As a reminder, TB tests are a requirement set by Hawaii State Law and are mandatory prior to enrolling into our program.

Requirements: (child must be age 2 and above)

• Completed Enrollment Packet
• Parent/Guardian Photo Drivers License (ID)
• Immunization/Physical Record Form 14
• PPD TB (Tuberculosis) Clearance
• Birth Record (age 4 & under)
• Proof of School Attendance (age 5 & up)
• $5.00 enrollment fee per child
• Additional $20.00 for Preschool Enrollment
• Other information may be required for various programs
• Socks when visiting

Tuition Assistance

Busy Buddies Hawaii is licensed to accept childcare subsidies to assist parents in tuition, hourly care and annual activity fees. Most subsidy resources require a completed application and an appointment with a representative of the chosen agency.

We are more than happy to assist you in completing the required forms to start the application process immediately.

Reservations

Space availability is based on center capacity and age ratios. We strongly recommend reservations prior to visiting for any of our services other than preschool. Reservations can be called in at anytime. You may also leave a message and an assistant will call back if requested.

Busy Buddies Hawaii is open from 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday.

Sundays are reserved for private use. Please call for rate information.
